First of all, I’m using Firefox in 800x600 resolution. Your banner is way too big. Every time I click on a link in your site, I always have to scroll down to see your content. I have a problem with the first message I see in your site. “… Koishiteru? …” That’s not exactly welcoming. Instead of putting spoilers about Angel Dust Neo in there, you should write a short welcoming message about your site and what’s in it. Your site loaded up pretty quickly, so props to you for that.

I guess that your site's impression is "okay" because your layout has the professional look. (Is it a premade template from freewebs?) Your background is plain and your scrollbar has a problem. I'll explain the problems later on in the reveiw.

First of all, I'd like to say that using a splash page is very annoying. They are useless! Everything you added in the splash page can be put in the index page instead why should I click twice to enter the site. Anyway, It's up to you to use it or not.

Let's go to the main page! The banner of the layout is so huge, I use 1280x800, so I can see a small part of the contents but people who use 800x600 will only be seeing a banner covering the whole page. I think it's going to be better to minimize the size of your banners. I will talk more about the layout in the layout's section.

You have a great layout and your page loads quickly! I like how you added effects to your layout that it makes it stand out. I think that your layout olny works on firefox because on internet explorer, your layout is a little unaligned. Actually, it's just unaligned on the updates page. Maybe, you need to fix the cutenews template a little bit. Otherwise, you're good!
